Hestion ceramic fiber board is a lightweight refractory material processed with alumina-silica fibers for applications at temperatures up to 1400C. It is vacuum formed with high temperature stability, excellent strength and hardness, and exceptional machinability for precise dimensional control. It is ideal for furnace, bolier duct and stack lining due to its low thermal conductivity and low heat storage allowing shorter cycle times and quicker access for maintenance. Hestion Ceramics fiber board products offer a maximum temperature range of between 1100C and 1430C:
