2.imported steel for core and cavity, preheating, stainless and corrosion prevention.
3.mould base is combination of P-20 & C-45 with heating treatment.
4.mould surface is coated with Chrome before assembly.
5.all the mould components are standarded and interchangeable.
6.excellent design of cooling channel shorten cycle time.
7.mould life can be 3 million shots.
