Detailed description:

1) Cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal, single stage Gravel sand pump
2) Widely application: They are designed for handling larger particles, high density slurries in the metallurgical, mining, coal, River or Lake dredging, Sugar plant, building material and other industrial departments etc.
3) Long bearing life: The bearing assembly is with large diameter shaft and short overhang minimizes deflection and vibration. Heavy duty roller bearings are adopted with Lithium white Grease and housed in a removable bearing cartridge. No leakage, a little maintenance, convenient rotor adjustment.
4) Shaft sleeve let Shaft life longer: A hardened, heavy-duty corrosion-resistant shaft sleeve with ‘ o’ ring seals at both ends protects the shaft.
5) Cast in impeller threads require no inserts or nuts.
6) Wear resistant and anti-abrasion wet parts: The wet parts can be made of wear resistant hard metal ( 26-35% Chrome alloy Iron) , which let the pump’ s working life become longer.
7) Easy adjustment of impeller: An impeller adjustment mechanism is provided below the bearing housing.
8) High efficiency and high head design.
9) Centrifugal shaft seal, mechanical shaft seal and packing shaft seal are available.
10) 3 vanes impeller, which is adopted for carrying larger particles.
11) Power source: three phase, 50Hz or 60Hz.
