Single-row crossed cylindrical roller slewing bearing is similar to four-point contact ball slewing bearing, with only single-row short cylindrical rollers. The axes line of adjacent cylindrical is 90° crossed spread. There are two raceways in outer and inner ring. The section of raceway is linear. Half of the rollers bear down axial loading and half bear up axial loading. So a crossed roller bearing can bear radial loading, axial loading and moment loading, loading from all directions. - Three-row roller slewing bearing
Three-row roller slewing bearing, is a type of turntable bearing with high loading capacity, and is mainly used in heavy loading operation surroundings. It is composed of three rings, of which upper and lower and radial raceway are separated respectively, so that loading of every row roller can be decided. There exists adjusting shim between upper and lower rings, to adjust axial clearance. Upper and lower row rollers are set horizontally, to bear axial force and tilting moment from two directions. The third row roller set vertically bears radial force, so three-row roller slewing bearing can at the same time bear kinds of loading. Single-row four-point contact ball slewing bearing is divided into external gear, internal gear and non-gear. Its structure is composed of two seat-rings. There is a row of steel balls as rolling body, and there is a single separator among steel balls. Inner and outer rings are whole styles, and filled with balls though filling holes. This kind of slewing bearing is of compact structure, light weight, four-point contact between steel balls and raceways. It can bear normal force, radial force and tilting moment at the same time, with a great loading capability. It is used in turntable conveyor, welding operator, medium-small type crane and excavator and other engineering machinery.
- Double-row unequal-diameter ball slewing bearing
Double-row unequal-diameter ball slewing bearing consists of upper and lower row balls, inner and outer rings, separators, grease and sealing device. Balls and separators could be carried to upper and lower raceways directly. According to load conditions, there fit upper and lower, two rows balls with different diameters. In order to make slewing bearing a complete part before mounted on the main frame, we need to use several joint bolts connecting up and down rings. To adjust the clearance of slewing bearing, the clearance is fixed by grinding ends when slewing ring is assembled. Such open mode fitting features extraordinary convenience. Load angles of upper and lower round arc raceways are both 90° and can bear large axial force and tilting moment. When radial force is 0.1 times greater than axial force, the raceway needs special design. Double-row unequal-diameter ball slewing bearing is particularly suitable for towel crane, mobile crane and other loading machinery which require working diameter above medium range.
