LS turbine pump is the vertical long shaft column pumps that the pump assembly is under the ground and driven by the motors via an extension shaft. The motors usually coupled with the extension shaft directly. It is also available to apply a right angle gear box and to drive the pumps by diesel engine, steam engine, or horizontal electric motors. The LS is designed to lift the liquid from the well or position where is far from the motor. For example, there is a water plant beside the river and they have to lift the water to treatment pool from the river for water source. The spacial design and precision manufacturing grantee the excellent working of the LS pumps. In order to meet different application and site conditions, some pumps have single stage impeller, some have multistage impellers. The unique advantage of LS is that the length of the extension shaft column cab be tailor made according to user' s specific site conditions
