HALLMAR Tray dryer is a direct heated chamber where the heat is applied directly to wet solids or liquid materials. Drying is carried out by a well designed forced cross flow type Air circulating Fans. Air is being healing coil and the heated Air while passing over the trays. Carries moisture from the material and once again passes over the Heater Fitted on the opposite side. Thus completing the circulation. Through this forced air circulation and by manipulating the inlet and outlet damper a very high rate of heat transfer can be achieved. Drying ovens are constructed from strong M.S. Sheet forming double wall. The cavity between two walls is filled with Glass wool which provides adequate insulation when the oven operated at maximum temperature.
