ÃŽ Product instruction:
With view to need of restocking oil in transformer, on-load tap changer and other oil equipments in the power system and others on various environmental conditions and situations, a set of automatic filtering and restocking oil system is developed. It has flexible tank ( for option) , pump and special oil pipe to facilitate usage on the spot. Its pump meets needs of draining and filtering oil; special oil pipe can exhaust air automatically and restore oil on-loadly to meet the needs of automatic on-load restocking; direct-current machine and self-provided power for option can restock oil within several hours without external power supply.

1. Special motor, pump, filter and sampling device;
2. Automatic controlling unit;
3. Automatic device for oil injection and air exhausting ( for option) ;
4. Special oil pipe and its connectors;
5. Self-provided power supply ( for option) .
ÃŽ Product function:
1. Filtering accuracy can accord to order ( 1¼ m, 5¼ m and 10¼ m) ;
2. Outside strongly-magnetic filter for option can enhance absorption for subtle ferromagnetic particles and improve accuracy to prolong its service life twice time;
3. Additional accessories for option has five syncretic functions: delivering, accurately filtering, measuring, dewatering, air exhausting and others;
4. Optional accessories: digital flow metering, strongly-magnetic filter, manual filling gun, Y-shape oil absorption filter and absorption lengthener;
5. Multi-functional protection: when oil line is not fluent or is blocked, the system will stop work automatically to keep motor out of danger;
6. This device can work with vehicle-transporting-type flexible tank to filter and restock oil automatically in a whole day.
