Vehicle-transporting-type flexible tank is pillow-mat type with the following features: small size, light weight and easy transportation and assembling. It can replace traditional ironbox and tank, and was used to transport or temporarily store transformer oil during the transformer maintenance. This product has strong sealing performance assured oil don’ t contact with air and neuter shielding film inside assured oil’ s purity and dryness.
ÃŽ Product structure:
1 The tanks is made from thick macromolecule polymer materials with excellent wear-resisting performance;
2 All sides of tank had several Dupont strengthen bands to fasten and fix bladder with vehicle itself; connections between bands and tank is thick double-layer materials to promote tensile strength; connections between them is equipped with special steel rings;
3 Special PVC protect mat has strong resistance to abrasion to prolong its service life;
4 DN 50 inlet’ s and outlet’ s mouth is sealed by metal cover or rubber cover;
5 The inlet is on the top of tank and the outlet is under the tank, and this designation is beneficial to release, filter and circulate oil;
6 There are several fixed holder distributed each side evenly.
