DISHONEST BUSINESS, Jul. 18, 2011

After paying this company for my pearls, they have failed to send me my stock. I have emailed them numerous times desperately trying to get them to do the honest thing and send me my stock that I paid them for. They have at 1st apologised and then promised to post my order to me, however they never sent the order to me. Each email that I send them they ignore. I have never been treated so badly and had to deal with dishonesty like this. It saddens me as I buy alot of pearls and could have been a valuable client to this company.
