Iam pleased to write you. Iam Ex General Joaquim Pedro de Morais of the
UNITA army
of Angola.Our leader Late General Jonas Savimbi was killed on 2nd
February, 2002.Around late 2001 the American Government approach General
Savimbi to
sign an accord to end the 30 years war because of their interest to start oil
business with the MPLA Government party, in which General Savimbi bluntly
refused
citing reasons in the past that he agreed for a peace deal with the MPLA, the
American Government did not fulfill their own obligation during and after the
election which the MPLA party rigged and claimed they won that resulted
the second
fighting after the Portuguess hand over of power to Angolan people. After
some weeks
of negotiation, the American Government signalled General savimbi that the
MPLA has
agreed to share the proceeds of the oil with him if he will disarm and end
the war.
Hence , the oil is not in the area of our control ( UNITA army) , he agreed
to sign
the agreement. To kick start the process not knowing that the American
Government
has an agenda( to kill General Savimbi, end the war and have free way for
the oil
deal with the MPLA party Government without the interference of General
Savimbi
brokered a secret meeting with General Savimbi and MPLA commanding
Generals to meet
at a free zone between UNITA held area and MPLA controlled area. It was
on that
meeting that General Savimbi was killed on his way together with his few
soldiers
that were with him. I escaped the killing because I did not attend the
meeting.Because of this, we angrily decided to end the war and signed peace
agreement with the MPLA party, we believed that the American Government
betrayed
General Savimbi as a result of this, the trust between UNITA and American
Government was broken then ends the war.

The reason while iam contacting you is to help me market or sale our
acquired large
quantities of Diamonds( yellow, white and brilliant blue) and unrefined
alluvia Gold
dust which were kept in the bush bunker for shipment to Neywork in the
United states
for sale prior to the killing of General Savimbi. I have altogether six
( 6) boxes
each of the boxes when sold could be valued between US$ 84 million to US$ 99
Million
each box. My calculation was based on one ( 1) box sold in 2000 around
US$ 74.6Million
when General savimbi was alife. Whatever you sold , Iam willing to offer
you 25% of
the total amount While the balance of 75% will be sent back to me in
Namibia or
Botswana where I would like to settle with my three wives and fifteen
children all
born in the bush during the war. I would want all this moved out before I
would
finally leave Angola because there is no hope for Ex UNITA leaders in the
Angolan
Government even though they promised that there would be equity in sharing
the
resources. As a soldier I do not trust them at all seeing the signal of
things since
the depart of General savimbi.

If you agree to help me , then i will arrange in getting them through to
the big city
Luanda ( Angolan Capital City) and have them shipped to you where ever you
would
want me to send them.
