GMIDPL is a limited liability company with its registered office in New Delhi and head office in Bihar. The company will be involved in mining and infrastructure projects. The company is registered with CPWD in civil category and has also applied for registration with the CIL ( coal India limited) . Initially the focus of the company would be in infrastructure projects in Bihar & Jharkhand. The development of basic infrastructure has been given great impetus in Bihar and the rest of India. As per the India Infrastructure Report, the total investment in infrastructure for the next five years is estimated at Rs. 4, 00, 000cr.Given the current trend and the willingness of the government to facilitate growth, there are opportunities galore for companies in the medium to long term.

The company is currently in negotiations to form a strategic alliance with a large HEMM contractor company, having a pan â € “ India presence. The agreement will be that the HEMM contractor will provide the equipmentâ € ™ s required in the mining & infrastructure projects in lieu of profit sharing. The company will seek further alliances as situations develop. The company will seek only those contractors that have high standards of customer service and retention.
The management team consists of marketing and finance professionals and the advisory board has civil engineers, retired General Managers and Managers of COAL INDIA LIMITED, TISCO & CCWO with a combined experience of more than 100 years. The main promoters of the company are Mr. Kundan Kumar Singh, Mr. Abhishek Gupta and a registered firm based in Bihar, Gupta Brothers.
Mr. Kundan Kumar Singh is a marketing professional from one of the premiere management institutes of India, ICFAI Business School. He started his professional career as a managing partner in a software development firm, which was promoted by his

elder brother where he looked after the sales division for 2 years. Later he went on to complete his management studies and joined Hughes Communications India limited as a territory management and worked for a year before starting his own venture as GMIDPL.
Mr. Abhishek Gupta is finance professional from one of the premiere management institutes of India, ICFAI Business School. He worked as a management professional for about 2 years in Axis bank in Delhi.
Gupta Brothers is a registered firm in Bihar with operations since 1976. It has interest in infrastructure and related activities in Bihar.
