Specification:	Dear Sir, We are buyer of steam coal and resell to our customers in several countries like Malaysia, China and India. You are welcome to send us your products specs and your export qty including your indicative FOB and C& Fr prices to these countries. We are in need of 60K mt per shipment x 12 monthly shipment to China discharging ports: 1. Luo Yuang port 2. QinHuangdao port 3. Jingtang 4. Bayuquan port We can import at least NCV3700Kcal/ kg, NCV is Net Caloric Value not Gross Caloric Value but for power plants China buyers they only want to import NCV5000Kcal/ kg at least below NCV5000Kcal/ kg rejection and NCV is on ( ARB) basis. We only accept CCIC inspection on Quantity and Qaulity not Succofindo. Payment terms: irrevocable, confirmable, 100% at signt, seller can do confirmation on it' s own cost. 95% provisonal payment on CCIC at loading port etc, final payment based on CIQ.
