Our company is engaged in research, manufacture and selling of all kinds of Silicone & rubber products, silicone case , silicone heating elements.silicone rubber sheet, silicone sponge sheet, and etc. silicone product for the industry and for household appliances for more than 10 years.Which match the industries of electronics, electrical appliance, body-building equipment, medical-care equipment, hot water heating and office supplies. Silicone Rubber heaters can contain either an etched foil element or a wire wound element. Silicone Rubber heaters can be bonded to a heat sink with pressure sensitive adhesive ( PSA) , RTV or factory vulcanized to a heat sink. We recommend vulcanization as it requires no adhesive and the bond has the temperature capability of the silicone rubber itself. It is inexpensive and provides a highly reliable way of mounting a flexible heater. Since silicone rubber sheet itself has excellent resistance to high and low temp., soft, flexible, airtight, and insulation, so it is widely used in glass manufacturing, carpentry, medicine, chemical industry, food industries such as manufacturing equipment, such as vacuum Coated machines, vacuum CCL pyramid and other ancillary.
