BRIEF INTRODUCTION Qingdao A& K Foods Co., Ltd. was established in October 1994, which is a company producing frozen food and deep processing marine products and vegetables jointly invested by Jimo Foreign Trade Refrigeration Factory of Qingdao China, Japan Katokichi Co., Ltd., and Hong Kong Asia Foods Co., Ltd. Geographically advantaged, our company locates in the south of Jimo city traditionally called  ¡  ° backyard ¡  ± of Qingdao China; faces the YELLOW SEA in the east, and neighbors Chengyang district of Qingdao China. Its traffic is very convenient: it nears JIAOJI railway and JIQING express way, distances Qingdao Airport only 7miles, and Qingdao sea port only 30miles. Our company covers an area of 42, 600 square meters ( the processing workshop is about 14, 200 square meters) ; now we have 5 workshops and 2 big capacity cold stores; our registered capital is $ 5.73 million US Dollars ( the proportion of investment: China: 24.61% , Japan: 56.54% , and Hong Kong: 18.85% ) . By use of JAPAN advanced technology equipment and processing procedure, the main products that we handle include more than 200 varieties, such as frozen vegetables, flavoring vegetables, marine products and others ( including udon noodles, ramen, pork chops, shelf-stable flavored rice, bread powder) . Our annual processing capacity now is up to 10, 000 tons, and the sales value amounts to RMB300 million. Our products mainly go to Japan, and part of the products to other markets like the U.S.A, the U.K., and Canada etc. Now our company is gradually expanding domestic market, and set distributors and agents in the main cities of the China; and what ¡  ¯ s more, we have become the firm supplier of KFC. Particularly our  ¡  ° SANUKI ¡  ± brand udon noodle is enjoying great popularity, whose sales value climbs higher & higher each year. Despite of this, we haven ¡  ¯ t forgotten to improve product quality while developing. We have acquired the ISO9001 £  º 2000 Quality System Certificate, HACCP certificate, and the Certified Diploma awarded by Japan Frozen Foods Association; we have passed EU registration, QS certification, BRC certification, and STAR certification.
