OUYI   VALVE   was   established   in   1998.   We   are   a   professional   manufacturer   for   d esign   &    production

   complete   ball   valve   spare   parts.  

  

In   Oct.   2009,    our    factory   moved   to   new   industrial   zone,    company   staff   is   more   than   150   people ,    with  

plant   area   covered   more   than   26000 ¡ .   We   have   professional   lab:    spec tral   analysis, physicochemical  

experiment,    NDT,    behavioral   simulation experiment   as   mainly   testing   system.   To   achieve   the production& rsquo; s  

supervision,    and   ensure   the   material qualified   according   to   customers& rsquo;    request.

  

All   these   years,    we   ope rate   according   to   ISO9001.   Strictly   control   every   process   from   sales   contrac t,

customizes   a   62 "    machining   &    grinding   integrative   machine   from   Ital y.   It   can   make   balls   from  

40 "    ~    62 " ,    ball   roundness       0.02mm,    the   coaxial   =    0.02mm,    roughness   =    Ra0.4um,    ensure   that   it  

can   meet   requirements   of   lar ge-diameter   pipeline   valve   market   both   at   home   &    abroad.

  

Our   main   materi als:    carbon   steel,    stainless   steel,    duplex   stainless   steel,    special   alloy   st eel   and   various  

other   materials.   Surface   treatment:    Electro   less   nickel   pl ating   ( ENP) ,    HVOF   tungsten   carbide   ( TCC) ,   

Stellite   alloy   ( STL) ,    welding   In conel   and   other   high   hardness,    wear   resistance,    corrosion-resistant
