This is a break, which takes the place of traditional embroidery nonwoven. By using the traditional nonwoven as the substrate during embroidering, the problems of wrinkling can be prevented. However, it will cause time-costing, defects appearing and tough-handling. If using our hot melt film, we cannot only put an end to the phenomenon mentioned above but also improve the production speed and products quality. Without containing any formaldehyde, this film has the advantages of nontoxic, being at a low degradation speed, with no remnants left in the cloth, and vivid pattern. The final products look soft and nice. The film is especially suitable for the embroidery required to be invisible nonwoven and soft handling. Now it is widely applied in patch embroidery, volume lace embroidery and so on.
Trick film takes the place of hot water nonwoven and other nonwoven, because of its low cost, high quality and high speed production characteristics,
B. Points of attention when operation
1. Kindly please read this carefully with patience when you are not familiar with the product.
2. In order to see whether there is adverse reaction like fading happening when using the product, test should be made before mass embroidery patterning.
3. For those new users, maybe it is a little difficult to adjust it at the very beginning and things such as low embroidery speed, thread break( the thread at the bottom and on the surface should be a bit loosed). But as the time going, they would gradually feel free to use it.
4. Put one side of the hot melt film upwards the embroidery machine, the other side with embossed put together with cloth to prevent it from slipping.
5. Set the machine at the temperature of 100¡æ-120¡æ( in winter, the temperature would need to up be 130¡æ). When the temperature reaches, firstly put about 10 piece of hot melt film on the surface of the machine and press on it to see whether the temperature is right. Then peeling job begins.
6. After hundreds of times working, the film on the machine has been very thick. Then temerture should be raised accordingly in order to make sure it works well. Usually it will be raised to 140¡æ. When the film is 15mm thick, we should clean it and put the film on the surface to test once more.
