TP Series Machine is a productive machine for drilling/ punching and marking splice plate at a
low cost and high speed with good quality. The 2 CNC movable work-tables can fit for
different sizes of plate with max. Dimension of 1500mm x 800mm. Clamping system with
2-pinchers beside the work-table holds the pre-cut plate moving stably to the working section
assuring the high precision while processing. Amounted on TPD3-HD, there’ s a High-Speed
Drilling Spindle with Max. Rotation Speed up to 1200 rpm totally assures the high production
capacity. The spindle is servo motor controlled for feeding, which can drill Blind holes on the
plate.

FMC also provide tailor-made punches & dies according to user’ s requirements ( for example,
oval shape, square shape....)

WORKING PROCEDURE
:
1. The operator start the machine with “ Auto Zero� to let the machine go back to initial point,
and the operator selects the drawings and sends to the machine. The machine will auto
read CAD drawings and DSTV drawings.
2. The operator step on the footswitch to create ( 0, 0) point ( plate zero) and open the
pinchers, and then load the plate close to the ( 0, 0) point and the pinchers. After that step
on the footswitch again to fasten the pinchers.
3. There’ s a small operating cabin on the edge of the worktable, and the operator just press
down “ START� , the machine will automatically punch/ drill/ mark the plate.
4. After finish, the machine will auto lose the plate to allow the operator unload it. And then,
the machine is ready for next working cycle.
