Combine "JOVARAS" is intended for the harvesting of the bushy berries: black, red and yellow currants, gooseberries. Combine is aggregated with the tractors of different tractive class, whose power is not less than 20 kN.
On the basis of the work of combine "JOVARAS" lays the principle of the sluggishness of mass. With the harvesting of berries bush undergoes vibration with such speed, with which the value of the resistance, exerted by the pedicles of berry brush, occurs less than the amount of that force, with which its own mass of berry is attempted to be held on the pedicle in the beginning of vibration motion.
The knot of the lift of branches, sliding above the earth, raises the lying branches and will give them for lower guides under the fingers of working shaft.
In also the time suitably the disposed lateral wing- separator separates more than half of a number of bushes, bends the branches of bushes, and will be given they under the fingers of working shaft. The fingers of working shaft it rapidly shakes branches, berries break themselves and fall on the transverse conveyer, which transfers berries it upward and pours out them to the longitudinal conveyer. Longitudinal conveyer directs berries into the purifying zone under the fan, where suck out the particles of soil, twigs, small stones and other impurities. After the process of the entry of berries into boxes they follow tractor operator even one worker. Worker, being located on the platform of combine, substitutes the filled boxes; it follows the work of conveyers and other mechanisms of combine.
