The main unit of EZ Peel asphalt filling unit Model: EZP/ 10009R/ WS/ XII/ 10 is fully automated unit, consists of 2 filling stations with over all dimension of: L: 6200 mm, W: 3800 mm, H: 3500 mm. The main filling unit will no longer need asphalt pre-filling tanks. The unit comes together with heating element 6, 000 watt, automatic temperature controller, and weight control by digital scale. Outlet is rotary valve 2� diameter with outlet with actuator system, dimension is W: 900 mm, Belt Width: 800 mm, H: 400-500 mm.

Output is approximately 2 x 25 kg/ 30 second or capacity of 60 MT/ 8 hours working shift, the filling line is driven by induction motor; power 1 HP/ 3HP/ 380V/ 50HZ, control unit is inverter with speed line of 0-2 meter/ minute, load max 150 kg/ meter. The filling line comes with 3 rubber belt conveyors, and 3 units of water circular pumps.
