| I had placed an order with Evensun company about a year and a half ago for a small design project i was doing in Maui. I had ordered a large number of their outdoor furniture. At the time i was told i would get a 3 year warranty. Within one year the furniture rattan started to fail. It was turning to dust and crumbling at the slightest pressure. At one and a half year 80% of the furniture is no longer usable. I had contacted them after one year of having their product and explained what was happening and they agreed their product was faulty and would replace it. Six month later they are now refusing to honor their statement. I would never by from this company again i feel they do very bad business and do not follow up on their warranty and stand behind their product. Stay away from Evensun is all i can say.
