BUSINESS POLICY
To All our Esteemed Clients and Customers kindly take note of our company policies and terms in all our business dealings are as follows:
1. Price will be reviewed on daily basis and will be confirmed on the day of signing of Agreement.

2. Products quantity and quality will be subject to availability at the time of contract. Ample notification will be given if there is a change in quantity or quality before the next purchase.

3. We offer our products on FOB terms only. We Provide transportation from our supplying Manufacturer and refinery to FOB Loading Port. Our FOB Loading Ports are Port Klang, Selangor and Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia. For Other Loading Ports transportation charges will be charged to the Buyer. Buyers are to arrange their own Transportation and shipping from Loading Port to Disembarking Port as deem necessary and appropriate.

4. For PETRONAS High Speed Diesel D2, we usually offer for sales on availability and FOB terms only.

5. Since we are Traders, Exporters and Resellers, we do not manufacture or produce any of the products offered for sale. All deals, documentations and payments will be conducted by us exclusively but the products will be shipped directly our FOB destinations from our contract Refinery, Manufacturers, Producers and Wholesale suppliers.

6. From time to time there will be additions and deletions of products to our list of products offered and additional policies may be added or deleted. Kindly contact us for further information on policy or product updates.

7. All information given are without prejudice and all our deals are subject to final confirmation and written agreements.

8. For every products offered there are specific sales procedures and terms to the followed, to facilitate fast and cost effective transaction at the fasted time possible. Kindly request for the procedures and terms for each transaction.

9. Please write to us officially on your letterhead, signed and stamped if you require further details of our products offered and we will reply you promptly.

PROCEDURES
1. Seller issues SCO.

2. Buyer issues LOI.

3. Seller sends FCO.

4. Buyer issues ICPO with full bank details and BCL.

5. Seller issues FCO and draft contract.

6. Buyer signs and seals contract after revision and amendments if needed, and returns it signed and sealed document to the Seller.

7. Hard copies of final contract are signed and exchanged via e-mail and/ or DHL or FEDEX.

8. Buyer and Seller exchange POF ( Proof of Funds) and POP ( Proof of Product) through their respective bankers, and lodge a copy of the executive contract to the same.

9. Buyerâ s bank will open a non operative, revolving, irrevocable, non transferable, confirmed, Letter of Credit 100% at sight.

10. Partial POP for the amount of 1 shipment will be issued in the same day POF will be received.

11. Within 5 working days upon receipt, verification, acceptance and authentication of L/ C, Sellerâ s bank issues in favor of Buyerâ s bank 2% Performance Bond to activate the L/ C.

12. Shipments shall commence after the fulfillment of the procedures stated, as per terms and conditions of the contract and deliveries continue until full amount of contracted quantity is exhausted.

TRADING AND PAYMENT TERMS
1. Trading Terms : FOB, CIF & CNF.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 The Buyer will provide Proof of fund after confirming the details of sellerâ s offer letter.

2.2 Seller will provide full corporate offer withstanding the refinery respective documentation and confirmation of product

2.3 Buyer shall provide LC ( Irrevocable, Confirmed, Auto-Revolving, Transferable LC 100% at sight ( issue parcel weekly/ monthly LC for the volume demands or Blanket 1 year LC and parcel for phase to phase payments mechanism) .

2.4 Both parties handling banks will do the due-diligence for payment instrument. After confirmation the products will be shifted to phase of export standardization readiness.

SIGNING OF CONTRACT AGREEMENT
Signing of Contract Agreement shall be done in the country of export of the product, by the Buyer or his representative or agent; will travel to the export country and the costs of transport and accommodation on end Buyersâ cost.
