    EXPANDED GRAPHITE CUT GASKET
    Expanded graphite cut gasket are punched or cut from pure expanded graphite sheet and reinforced expanded graphite sheet. Depend on its excellent corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, good compression resilient and high intensity. All kinds of circular, complicated geometric gasket are widely used in pipe, valve, pump, pressure vessel, thermal exchanger, condenser, engine, air compressor, exhaust tube, refrigerating machine, etc.

    PTFE GASKETS
    PTFE gasket is made by cutting PTFE stick, pipe and sheet into flat shape, v shape gasket or valve annulus. It has 100% PTFE structure. It can bear the bitterest chemical medium, and has good anti-creeping performance.
    Expanded PTFE gasket is a replacement of asbestos. It is anti-creeping, anti-cold-flow; anti-low-temperature. It has no pollution. It is easy to install and replace. Under small pre-stress force, it can bear great internal pressure even in a environment of changing pressure. It is the best suit the condition with rough and fragile flange and alternately-changing temperature.

    PTFE ENVELOPEN GASKET
    PTFE envelope gasket are type of static seal. It is composed of elastic materials such as compressed non-asbestos sheet ,rubber, Ceramics, etc., and a PTFE envelope cove
    PTFE has superior properties against chemical (not affected by all chemicals except molten alkali metal and fluorine at elevated temperature) and a wide working temperature range. (from-180~260C) the coefficient of static and dynamic friction of PTFE is very low. PTFE is the best of the “non-stick” materials. It has excellent weathering and aging characteristics.
    Application: PTFE envelope gasket is used to seal pipe flanges glass lined, PVC or FRP. Low bolt torque effecting a seal and chemical compatibility is a main characteristic of this type of gasket.

    ASBESTOS GASKETS
    Asbestos gasket for low pressure, Manufactured from long fiber white chrysotile asbestos. It has been designed to meet most low temperature and low pressure requirement. It is suitable for sealing against steam, gas, gases, hydraulics, oil and non-aggressive media.
    Asbestos gasket for medium pressures, it can be used for most medium.
    Applications: used for sealing against steam, air, gases, water, oils, hydraulics and non aggressive media.
    Asbestos gasket for high pressures, it can be used for most medium
    Applications: used for sealing against steam, air, gases, water, oils, hydraulics and non aggressive media.
    Asbestos gasket for high temperature/pressures: used for sealing against steam, air, gases, water, oils, hydraulics and non aggressive media.

    NON-ASBESTOS GASKETS
    Non-asbestos Gasket is a sealing material made by adding organic fiber such as aramid and NBR rubber and so on. As containing asbestos fibers rarely, it is a replacement of asbestos gasket. Non-asbestos Gasket has better strength, elasticity and supper strong anti-penetrate performance. It is a better choice than asbestos gasket in high temperature and high pressure condition. And it is product using material with environment protection.

    Rubber gaskets: rubber gasket such as NBR, SBR, CR, EPDM and so on have the advantages of oil resistance, Acid and Basic Resistance, cold heat, anti-aging properties, and can directly cut into various shapes sealing gasket. The rubber gasket is widely used in medicine, electronics, chemicals, antistatic, flame retardant, food, and etc. industry.

    Silicone rubber gasket (WMQ): silicone rubber with outstanding property of high and low temperature resistance, in -70  - +260  temperature range it maintain good use of flexible, and ozone-resistant. Because of no toxicity, it can be produced into insulation products and medical rubber products.

    Nitrile rubber gasket (NBR): the polymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. Nitrile rubber gasket is known of its excellent oil resistance (without ketones, esters and chlorinated hydrocarbons, and other media), but also has good wear resistance, anti-aging and hermetic, and so widely used in rubber industry.

    Fluoride rubber gasket (FPM): a high temperature resistant, can be used in the environment of -30  - +250 , strong oxidant resistant, oil resistance, Acid and alkali Resistance. Usually used for high-temperature, high vacuum and high-pressure environment, but also suitable for the oil environment. Because of the excellent performances, fluorine rubber is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, aviation, aerospace, and other departments.

    Other rubber gasket: chloroprene rubber gasket (CR), natural rubber gasket (NR), EPDM gaskets (EPDM), acrylate rubber gaskets and other special rubber. With oil resistance, acid and alkali, wear resistance, high resistance, low temperature, and other characteristics. Scope of application: mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, hydraulic systems, plumbing systems.
