Brief History
PT. Dipta Sunrise Nusantara was established in 1988. With its first factory in Rungkut Industry ( SIER) , along with the better development of business climate, PT. Dipta Sunrise Nusantara grew significantly. In 1992, the second factory was built in Pandaan, East Java, Indonesia. At that time, the demand from other countries such as from England, France, Italy, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia, was very high. The second factory in Pandaan is very strategic since it is closed to Surabaya as the second largest city in Indonesia, so it brings advantages for the International trade. Why Pandaan? Because the entire land road that connects East Indonesia passes Pandaan before going to Surabaya. Moreover, the location in Pandaan is strategic because it can supply the qualified employees and the price of the land is not as expensive as in Surabaya.
The location of this land is approximately 2.5 kilometers at the north side of the high way from Surabaya to Malang or it is commonly mentioned as Pandaan high way or Stadion street. We can reach this location from Surabaya by taking the public transportation or bus since we can use the high way or the old street of Surabaya-Malang through Pandaan street where we should enter from the Stadion street beside PT. AQUA to the northern part as far as 2, 5 kilometers.
The way to this land location has been well established, equipped with the lightning, electricity for high scale factories, and the opened watering system.
The factories which are located around this land area are TRYSTEX textile factory, Chemical factory, and PT. KARYA MITRA BUDI SANTOSA. The large of this land area is 57.830 m2 with 3 main buildings inside it where 1 of them is used as a house and an office while the other two buildings are used for production activities. The office and house is placed in one building consisting 2 floors with the first floor as the office and while the second floor consist of 8 bed rooms and 4 bath rooms.
There are 2 factory buildings with the different size. The first building is the largest one with 8460 m2 while the second building is only 3384 m2 with 16 m height for both buildings. The price is not expensive than Surabaya. Its just Rp. 25.000.000.000, -

Access to the Location
We use the high way from Surabaya to Gempol to access the location. The case of LAPINDO shouldnâ € ™ t be worried since Jasa Marga has built a new toll way to Pandaan without having to pass the area of LAPINDOâ € ™ s case.
The Condition of the Environment
This area is surrounded by factories, warehouses, and public residences, and some part of the farming area. The significant growth of the Industrial sector has led this area to be the famous industrial area in East Java.

Facilities and Infrastructures
Facilities in the main infrastructures such as electricity from PLN, clean water from the private sources, and phone network can be found in this area.
There are public transportations such as microlet that can be found every day on the stadion street, approximately 500 meters from the south part of this factory area.
The shopping place which provides the primary and secondary needs of the local residents is in Pasar Baru, is approximately located 500 meters from the south part of this factory area. Other social facilities such as schools and other government offices are easily accessed from the location of this land.
The existing transportation infrastructures among provinces are sufficient. The entrance way to the location is a regency way which is well prepared and wide enough with 12 meters in width.

The Reason for Selling this Company
The management of our company is not able to handle the shoes business any longer, and we tend to put our focus on the gardening business.
