Our barrel pumps are widely accepted for handling highly fluid and medium viscous liquids. They are designed for both portable and stationary use and hence are ideal for industries like pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, breweries, distilleries, etc. The versatility, portability & sophisticated yet simple engineering design ensures efficient and reliable operations.

WE OFFER TWO MODELS OF BARREL PUMPS, AS FOLLOWS:

1. UV560 - UNIVERSAL MODEL
Pump tube constructed out of PP & Shafting in SS-316.
All other wetted parts are in either PTFE or graphite.
Pump tube length is 1000 mm.
The pump tube is made of the most versatile material combination i.e. pump tube in PP & shafting in SS-316 and hence covers 90% of your applications. It can be used wherever PP & SS-316 materials are compatible.

Specifications:
- Capacity up to 100 LPM
- Delivery head up to 10 Meters
- Maximum liquid temperature up to 60 Degrees Celsius
- Viscosity up to 560 Centipoise

Applications:
Production - Lubricants, solvents, electroplating solutions, pickling agents, degreasing solutions, quenching oils, cutting oils, white spirit, thinners, decanting barrels, filling overhead tanks, acids, toxic chemicals, paints, essential oils
Maintenance - LDO, HSD, machine oils, hydraulic oil, thermic fluids, transformer oil, effluent treatment chemicals, coolants, dewatering pits

2. PH560 - PHARMA MODEL
Pump tube is fully made of SS-316.
Pump tube length is 1000 mm.
This pump is specifically made for use in pharmaceutical & food industry because of the statutory requirements.

- Delivery head up to 10 Meters
- Maximum liquid temperature up to 90 Degrees Celsius
- Viscosity up to 560 Centipoise

Pharmaceuticals - Solvents, emulsifiers, oils, syrup bases, suspensions, surfactants, polyols
Cosmetics - Dispersing agents, solvents, essential oils, jelling agents, perfumes, base oils
Food - Edible oils, juices, preservatives, syrup bases, milk, anti-oxidizing agents, colour concentrates
Breweries & distilleries - Alcohols, beer, preservatives, wine, stabilizing agents, masking agents

1. ELECTRIC MOTOR
Specifications - 560 watts, 15000 rpm, 220V, 50 Hz, AC supply
Equipped with inbuilt thermal protection to prevent from burning
Suitable for intermittent operation
Motor constructed with shock proof, anti-static, flame retardant & chemical resistant casing
Not for use in flammable environments

2. PNEUMATIC MOTOR
Operates on compressed air with consumption of 5-8 CFM
Pressure 4-6 Bar
Suitable for continuous operation
Suitable for use in flammable environments
Use of FRL prior to motor is recommended
