DUTA CEMARA EXPRESS ( DCEexpress) was established in Jakarta in 1997 March 29th ( twenty-nine) , made   by a notary Syamsul Faryeti, SH. and set in Jakarta on 11 June 1997 by the Minister for Justice REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA director general of laws and civil ub director Ratnawati Widjaja, SH. And the company has been registered in accordance with Law No. list. 3 of 1982, about the company' s mandatory list.

MAWB

MAWB should be consigned to:

Please supply additional note : Attention to Mr. Irfan Mandak / Site Manager.

Pre- alerts must be faxed to Manado station least 3 hours prior to flight departure or before flight departure to Jakarta Stations.

All MAWB consolidations must be pre-alerted with the MAWB/ HAWB numbers, flight details, total number of bags, consolidated weight, number of manifests and total number of consignment provided.

Manifest

An manifest with shipperâ € ™ s and consigneeâ € ™ s must be given by all DCEexpress Domestic Agent. Manifest must accompany all shipments moved within the DCE station ( to be placed in the consolidation bags and documentation pouch) . This documents must contain origin domestic station, consignment number, number of pieces, weight of each consignment, full description of each consignment ( the word â € œ sampleâ € � is not acceptable) , declared value of each consignment, shipperâ € ™ s name and consigneeâ € ™ s name and address ( if required by the receiving station) .

DCE station will inform the DCE Domestic Agent if there is any missing or dispute documentation.

Consignment Note

DCE agent must ensure that a minimum of 3 copies of the consignment note accompany the consignment. Consignments with less than 3 copies may be subject to delay or services failures. All consignment note details must be ensure legible.

Commercial Invoice

A Non Documents consignments must be accompanied by a original commercial invoice. There should be a minimum of 1 original and 2 copies all duty signed.

Consolidation Bags

Dispatched Consignments must be contained in the good consolidations bags. The exception will be for freight of a nature or size which cannot be contained in the bags. In such a case, a flyer must be attached to a part of the consignment for identification purposes. Consignments must be checked against the manifests prior to sealing of the bags with plastic security tags. Bags must be marked with a bag label showing the pre-alerted carrier number, number of bags, the origin, destination and total weight.

Packaging

Document and small parcel consignments must travel in the good flyer/ satchel and no other form of envelope or packaging.

Boxes, odd sized or shaped consignments must be securely strapped and packed to ensure that the consignment transits and arrives at the DCE good condition.
