Our company is located in eastern China, it' s three hours away from Shanghai by car. The company is a young( founded in 2003) but growing manufacturer of the wheels. It' s supported by the Dare Technology Group( listed company in Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Http: / / www.dareglobal.com) . With an optimistic attitude about the future auto parts business in China, the group plans to invest the company to be one the largest wheel manufacturers in the mainland. Now the company possesses an annual production capacity of 2 million pieces. With the implementation of the second expantion schedule, it is expected the annual production capcacity will reach 4 million pieces by the end of 2005.
With 26 LPM low pressure casting machines, over 30 sets IMT and DAEWOO CNC, the company can produce alloy wheels from 10 to 26 inch. Wheels could be provided with finsihes such as silver, hyper silver, hyper black, standard maching, mirror machining, polishing and chrome. Currently, we can produce wheels in all the finishes by ourself except the polished and chromed ones. Polished and chromed wheels are entruested to spcialized factories, but now we' re investing to one chrome factory, and is on the way to build our own chrome production line.This job is expected to be finished by first half of 2005.
