Cylindrical Optics Company Ltd. was founded in 1993 as an optics scientific development .In 1996, it transformed into a manufacturer of optical components, named Lucky Optics Company. In 2001, it has evolved into a unique company, specializing in the manufacture of cylindrical lenses.In 2004 it renamed Cylindrical Optics Company Ltd.
