How to use:
1. Clean the surface of the iron from rust, oil, dust and other impurities by using a wire brush, sand paper or sand blassing.
2. Stir paint ONE PLUS ® Green Zinc Chromate Primer - 7113 until blended, dilute with thinner according to the application tool.
§ 15% for brush / roll
§ 20% for regular spray gun
§ 5% for airless spray gun
3. Apply the paint that has been diluted to the iron surface was cleaned by means of the application roll / brush or other tool ( in the film suggest a thick layer of paint dry ± 40-60 microns) and then let it dry hard ± 4-12 hours.
4. After drying ± 12 hours, apply a final coat of paint 1-2 layers ( use of wood and iron synthetic paint brands BeGloss as the final layer) .
