Our strength lies in many years of experience in the international finance filed working with Certified International Financiers, Banks, Financial Institutions, Trusts etc, and a diversity of services and credit facilities broad enough and inventive enough to meet the need of almost any financially viable venture, especially when the client is using “ INTERNATIONAL PRIME BANK NOTES/ GUARANTEE, LETTER OF CREDIT or CERTIFICATE OF DEPOSITS” as The collateral for the LOAN.
We seek to simplify the search for funding while offering our expertise in the field to formulate the most viable and profitable funding structure for the individual client. By working with the client every of the way, from consulting on the best ways to present a project to determining the most advantageous route and form of financing. We offer a full range of services to ensure the best possible situation for the client and their business.
First, we will perform an in house examination of the viability and profitability of the Project in question. We’ll formulate a presentation of the plan which is most attractive to our corresponding credit facilities, then work with them to solicit the best offer for the client. Next, we’ll work with both the client and the credit facility, guiding both through the process of negotiations and consulting on the best conditions on which to structure of financing.
Hence, for our evaluation, we require the feasibility, studies/ business plan, resumes of the Directors/ Management, past and present financial statements and the Bank / Business references.
Loans are available to individuals, sole proprietorship, partnership, corporations and Government loan applications backed by government or central bank guarantees.

Amount of the Commitment of Funds are from 10, 12 and 100 million USD, with rollovers and additions as requested and agreed to.
The Commitment of Funds would be issued by a major International Bank and will remain open through the completion of the transaction or as agreed.
All facilities are Bank confirmable via telex communication, prices, facilities and bank subject to change or availability. Brokers/ Agents/ Finders/ Mandates are invited to introduce their principal Buyers to us and will be fully protected for commission for their efforts.
