Pre-production inspection ( PPI)
This process is carried out at the beginning of the production line and is based on the customer’ s specifications and reference sample. The initial production check allows an early ( and thus cost-saving) prevention of defective components as timely corrections if needed.

Main check point for PPI:

Check the quantity, production capacity and monitor the production schedule.
Check the quality of raw materials.
Check the first-piece units if match with product specifications and/ or packaging and/ or marking.
Evaluate the production line running.
Ensure the calibration and accuracy of the equipment.
Give advices improve product quality and minimize defects.
Verify material/ units if match related standards of import country.
