We know it be a panel box that is usually used to place the components in the control or distributor, and also serves as an output or input from the source to the load. the panel itself in general made of iron plate and size are different according to different needs. panel itself consists of two parts:
1. MAIN PANEL
The main panel is a panel that is used as a divider panel to load. The main panel received input from secondary voltage distribution voltage 380/ 220. panels that are there as a safety component such as MCB, MCCB, indicator lights, and others.
2. PANEL CHARGES
Panel panel load is used to divide the load. load panel itself gets input from the main panel and the output of the load panel channeled to the load as electric motors, installation, and more. its own just as a divider.
Each panel has its own components and has a function of its own, among others:
* MCB serves as a safety as well as the main switch. Working in the event of a short circuit, and there are 2 ways of working MCB therrmal ( heat) , and electromagnetic ( magnetism)
* MCCB MCB works the same way but more quickly respond in the event of circuit sngkat compared MCB
* INDICATOR LIGHT serves as a signal or indicator on a panel to determine whether a panel working properly or there was a disturbance.
* VOLT METER serve as measuring the voltage in the circuit panel.
* AMPERE METER serves as measure the current in the circuit panel.
* TDR ( Timer Delay Relay serves as a switch that is automatic and works by the time we wanted.
* OL ( Over Load) functions as a safety net in case of a work load.
* CONTACTOR serve as controller
* BODY act as a place components.
* REL busbar as a component.
* TERMINAL as a pengubung output or input
* KEY NO / NC act as a liaison and circuit breaker. NO key work in the press and key account after working sebelu NC on tap
* CONNECTING CABLE act as connecting one component to another component
