- Mesh belt furnaces
Mesh belt furnaces fabricated by DENLI are continuous resistance furnaces tailored to PM industry for the sintering of PM articles or reduction of metal powders. Belt furnaces consist of furnace body, belt conveying system and temperature control system.
·Furnace body includes feeding zone, pre-sintering zone, sintering zone, slow cooling zone, water cooling zone and products collecting zone.
·Belt convey system consists of high temperature resistant mesh and transmission devices, in which mesh speed is adjustable by a frequency adjustor and mesh speed is readable on the digital measure device.
·Temperature control system includes thermal couples, intellectual digital PID adjustor and SCR to ensure precise control of temperature.
- Steel Conveyor Furnaces
Steel conveyor furnaces are tailored to PM industry for the reduction of Fe, Cu, Co, Mo and W metal powders from respective oxides, also for the calcination and final reduction of Cobalt oxilate, APT and other metal salines. The equipment has a large output and a relatively simple structure and it is easy to adjust process parameters and control product quality, so it has been used as upgrading equipment replacing the old generation of furnaces, such as two-tube, four-tube and multi-tube reduction furnaces. It consists of feeding, reduction, slow cooling, cooling and powder collecting zone.
Feeding zone includes feeding platform and entrance to muffle. On feeding platform there is a small feeding cart shuffling right and left to ensure well distributed feeding on the steel strip.
The muffle in reduction zone is made of SUS310S high temperature resistant stainless steel. The muffle shell is corrugated to increase its strength and is placed on a SiC plate, on which the muffle slides as it expands when heated.
Entrance at the feeding zone is sealed hermetically by a roller, gas or fibers, leading to small gas consumption.
Feeding material convey system consists of steel belt, transmitting device and multi-grade tension device. The belt speed is adjustable through the stepless frequency regulator.
Temperature control system includes thermal couples, intellectual digital PID adjustor and SCR to ensure precise control of temperatures.
- Push Type Reduction Furnaces
Push type reduction furnace is a continuous equipment tailored to PM industry for the reduction and annealing of metal powder. It consists of furnace body, boat pushing system and temperature control system. Furnace body is divided into several independent heating zone, in which heating elements are distributed at the top and bottom of the furnace body in a drawer style to ensure convenient installment and maintenance. - Horizontal Vacuum Sintering Furnaces
DenLi company has exclusive intellectual property rights on horizontal vacuum sintering furnace (Patent number: ZL01234997.6). It is mainly used as atmosphere sintering, vacuum heat treatment and vacuum sintering of materials, such as stainless steel, cemented carbide, super alloy, heavy alloy, ceramic, magnetic alloy, carbide, boride, nitride, oxide and intermetallic compound.
Horizontal water cooling structure is adopted in this furnace, with front door or double doors. Heat element can be graphite, Mo or W depending on working temperature and customer' demand. Heat elements are distributed in several heating zone, in which independent temperature control system with PID adjustors is adopted. Furnace body can be moved out as a whole to facilitate maintenance. Gas filling device is adopted to fill protective gas or working gas with controllable gas volume of flow. Gas cooling system in furnace or out of furnace can be added to the furnace to speed up cooling of materials, leading to shorter working cycle and higher efficiency.
- Horizontal Vacuum De-Wax Furnaces
Horizontal vacuum de-wax furnace is used for de-wax or pre-sintering process in vacuum or in certain gas for materials such as stainless steel, cemented carbide, super alloy, heavy alloy, ceramic, magnetic alloy, carbide, boride, nitride, oxide and intermetallic compound.
Horizontal water cooling structure is adopted in this furnace, with front door or double doors. Heat element can be graphite or NiCr alloy or other materials while heating shield can be graphite or other materials depending on working temperature and customer' demand. Heat elements are distributed in several heating zone, in which independent temperature control system with PID adjustors is adopted to ensure accurate temperature control.
Deliberately designed multi-lever water cooled butterfly wax collector and sealed furnace body are adopted. Complete de-wax is realized by directional gas flow and avoidance of corners in the furnace. Gas cooling system inside or outside furnace can be added to the furnace to speed up cooling of materials leading to shorter working cycle and higher efficiency.
- Double tube four tube furnaces
Tube Reduction Furnaces are widely utilized to reduce tungsten oxides or Mo oxides in Hydrogen atmosphere at elevated temperatures. It adopts heat resistant stainless steel as muffle material. Muffle cross section is a rector square. It is convenient to exchange heat elements and maintain the furnace. It can either be pneumatically pushed or electrically pushed. Every sector has its independent temperature control system including thermal couples, intellectual digital PID adjustor and SCR to ensure precise control of temperature By special design;working temperature of tube reduction furnaces can be extended to as nigh as 1050~1100, which make if possible to produce coarser tungsten powder with pa-ticle size over 18 Mrcro meter.
- Vacuum Oil Soak Machine
Vacuum Oil Soak Machine is mainly utilized to soak oil for powdermetallurgy parts, especially metal oil-retaining bearing parts. It includesvacuum system, oil system and electrical control system.
There are two kinds of oil soak soak machine automatic and double cylinder oil soak machine. Automatil oil soak machine adopts PLC to control vacuum, oil temperature and motions of oil sock process. It works reliable and improves efficiency.
Double cylinder oil sock machine adopts double oil soak cylinder structure. It also has automatic heat up oil tank with temperature adjustable
- Well Type Vapor Heat Treatment Furnaces
It is a kind of batch furnace .It can do surface treatment, especially surface black oxide coating, for PM iron based components and machined parts, in a van by heated up vapor .It includes furnace chamber, jacking device, ventilated, vapor boiler and temperature control system.
Cylinder furnace chamber includes furnace shell by steel blank and profilebars, liner by refractory materials. Heating elements are placed on special bricks on liner wall. In the middle there is a van by stainless steelventilated by an electrical fan.
Temperature control system includes thermal couples, intellectual digital PID adjustor and SCR to realize precise and automatic temperature control.

- Reduction furnace with fourteen and fifteen tubes
This kind of reduction furnace is used for reduction and calcination of metal powder. It is especially suitable for reduction of W and MO powder. with moderate particle size.
It adopts advanced boat pushing system. Main motion is controlled by PLC. Furnace body is made of refractory fiber. The furnace body adopt top and bottom structure, which is convenient for maintenance. Hydrogen recover system and anti-exploded device are provided.
- Continuous high temperature automatic carbonization furnace with Mo heating element
This kind of high temperature furnace is utilized for carbonization and reduction of metal powders. It is automatically charged and discharged. Motions of charge device and furnace doors are turned into photo electrical information and are controlled by PLC. Furnace door guide at charge entrance is sealed by an air curtain to decrease gas consumption. There is little carbonization by muffle, leading to easy control of carbon content in metal powders.
- Rotary calciners furnaces
