1. What is Wood Plastic products and how to manufacture ?
It is generally agreed that a WPC is a mixture of a thermoplastic, such as polyethylene ( commonly used
to make plastic toys and milk containers, plus a lot of other products) , with wood flour or fiber, with at
least 40 percent of the composite being wood.
All the current products are formed by extrusion. A hot mixture of plastic and wood particles plus a
variety of additives are squeezed through a die, like toothpaste out of a tube, then through a cooling
section to harden the plastic. The continuous extruded product is cut to appropriate lengths, usually 16
feet. The shape of the die determines the cross-sectional shape of the deck board.

For most WPC products , you should pre-drilling before install , and use screw to fix up , and leave some gap between WPC decking or wall panel .

5. How to keep WPC products ?
WPC products are more weight then wood , so you should lie them on smooth place to avoid twist .

6. Performance under low temperature weather ?
Since 40-50% of WPC products is wood , so it also have good performance under low temperature . Wonâ € ™ t be become fragile until temperature reach -40 .

7. Water absorption
Wood fiber has been covered with plastic layer , so water absorption rate is very lower . It is very good to be used in river landscape .
