Ningbo Yinzhou Nord Machinery Co., ltd, starting since 2001, is a Chinese foundry, specialized in manufacturing all kinds of carbon steel, alloy steel, iron casting parts, which are used in the field of transportation equipment( train parts/ vessel parts) , agricultural machinery, mining machinery, rubber machinery, some other heavy machineries, etc. Such goods are exported mainly to the North America, Europe, Australia & South Africa market. Our foundry is located in Ningbo city, which is one of the largest port cities in China and also the China Investment casting production base. To keep the quality, we? ve been ISO 9001 registered. Major materials: carbon steel, alloy steel, high manganese steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, grey iron, high chromium iron and some other wear-resist Iron, with various international standard, such as ASTM/ AISI/ UNS ( AISI 4140, AISI 4130, AISI 8630, AISI 8620, ASTM A148 GRADE 96-60, ASTM A148 GRADE 115-95, ASTM A532, ASTM WCB, / WCC, SS316, SS304, ASTM 65-45-12) ; GB standard( GB Q235, GBQ345, GB 45# , GB 42CrMo, GB20CrNiMo, HT250, QT450-10? ) DIN standard( S355J2G3, GG-25, GGG-40? ) ; BS EN standard( BS EN S235J2G3, BS3100? ) NF EN standard( NF EN C45, EN-GJL-250, EN-GJS-500-7? ) Production technics we are using are: Investment casting, precision casting, Lost wax casting, Lost foam casting, sand casting & silica sol casting. Besides castings, we are also supplying our customers with some forgings, stampings & fabrications ( weldments) . This helps our clients a lot to avoid splitting orders here and there.
