(2)Hardness: High homogeneous hardness from 55-65.
(3)Fracture toughness: No less than 12J/cm2
(4)Roundness: Spherical with little overfill or underfill within the national standard: GB-8649-88 and YB/T 091-1996; Balls won’t be out of circularity from start until finish.
(5)Metallographic structure: Substantially martenistic with some retained Austenite, Bainite & Carbides
(6)Breakage guarantee: - Nil breakages upon delivery
-Less than 1% in normal and correct operation conditions .

2 - Packing: 1) In steel drums – 200 litre drums (approx. 0.9 MT)
2) In woven bags – 2 MT per bag
3 - Technical advice on ball selection based on operation parameters is provided.
