Operation method ( according to our machine interface to select the button)
1. Open air compressor power switch to the normal work, adjust the deliver pressure about 5 kg -7 kg / cm ² , sealing knife upward rises.
2. Determine exigency stop button is in the open state, then turn on the power switch ( 1)
3.Set 5 instrument to a certain value, suggest that temperature control instrument at 160  , manual cutting film instrument time is about 1s, the heating time for the instrument is about 0.6s, and automatically cutting film instrument is based on individual operating speed, belt running time is determined by object size and weight of them.
4. Start-up wind machine ( 2) and heating button ( 4)
5. As temperature reaches enactment, press start button ( 9)
6. Objects will be set with the above-mentioned method in film, and then adjust the height of the belt to make horizontal level of knife in the middle of objects, press pedal switch
7. According to the packing objects, adjust four numerical instrument except automatically cutting film time, through repeated tests which determine the final four instruments suitable numerical value.
8. If continues packing, the first time determine automatically cutting film time, and then run automatically ( 3) , to start work. ( Note: this number at the first should be large, and then test several times, the operator knows about their objects speed, and then to the most appropriate time.)
