With persistent endeavor and innovation over a decade, Shenzhen Forzen Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2000, has now grown into a manufacturer that fully integrates research & development, design, production, marketing and service, in car navigation and car DVD player fabrication. Technical innovation being the core concept, we focused our attention on the training and effect of R& D during our continuous pursuit for development. Backed by eight advanced SMT equipments, from mould design, main board manufacturing to software development, our production lines for overall unit had gradually come into shape and got perfected. In car DVD player industry, we became the first company to adopt Sony disc reader and Mabuchi Motor. This application has led our outputs to higher stability and better performance. 2. Directed by effective divergent thinking, then we continued to be the first in adding game function into car dvd devices. Our leading edge was maintained within this field from initially 8 Bit games to the newest 32 Bit games. 3. Built on past achievement, this forrunner status was also kept when later on we incorporated 8 Bit and 32 Bit games in our commodities. Accordingly we developed the multifunctional remote controller which combined the features of both game joystick and distant control, having 55 keys. These initiatives all aimed to bring more convenience to vehicle driving and green to environment protection. Such feats have been the fruits of our collective wisdom, and bore direct witness to our corporate spirit. Our products have been popular with customers and theyâ ve even been imitated by a few firms. While we persisted in scientific management, product professionalization, standardization, seriation in manufacturing, client service and account maintenance has also been equally attended to. A) 10 years professional experience in DVD players R& D and manufacturing. B) Have own industrial park ' Forzen Technology Park' , covering an area of 37000 sq.m. and totalling 500 workers. C) 20 engineers in our R& D team, some of whom having over 10 years experience while others at least 5 years. Include Mold engineer and PCB engineer and software( solution) & hardware engineers D) SMT workshop with 25 SMT equipments in total, including 5 AOI inspecting equipments. We make all of the mainboards by our SMT workshop. E) Good quality control and steady material suppliers, with some we have 9 years of cooperation. Can support the better lead time and keep good products quality.
