Desk Top Call Recording gives you a cost effective way of capturing important conversation details by the simple addition of a USB module to a system extension. It puts the user in control of the calls that they need to record.

Digital voice messaging can help you manage calls in peak times or out of office hours by offering comfort greetings when queuing, or providing the option to leave a message.
In addition to the standard phone system features, the IPLDK range can offer computer telephony integration where calls are handled simply by a click of the PC mouse and customer relationship management applications, which provides existing customer information on screen before a call is answered.

Hotel Software is supported via the LDK 100 system. Hotel Software offers complete Stand-alone hotel functionality such as Check-In, Check-Out, Maid Status, Bar/ Mini Bar Charging, Variable Room Rates.
