2. Origin : GERMANY / EUROPE
3. Specification : Verified by SGS Inspection
4. Consignment : Free Contamination/radiation and explosives etc.
5. Packing : Break Bulk
6. Quantity : Minimum 30,000 Metric ton x 12 months
7. Total Quantity/yearly : 360,000 MTon

9. Destination Port : Any save wolrd port ( to be advised )
10. Payment term : Irrevocable,transferable,operative Letter of Credit( L/C) issued by prime world bank, payable at loading port for 100% of invoice for each cargo against presentation of shipping documents at port of loading
11. Inspection : By SGS at loading Port at Sellers expense and Discharge Port at Buyer expense.
12. Performance Bond : 2% PB by Seller upon receipt by Buyers Letter of Credit.
