The abrasive delivery hopper is fabricated steel container that holds approximately 350lbs. Of abrasive.Low-pressure compressed air moves the abrasive to the cutting system through an abrasion resistant hose.The hopper has lifting rings and truckles for easy movement and is designed to be lagged to the floor upon final placement.
At the cutting station, the delivery system terminates into a receiving hopper.Because of the low pressure abrasive delivery, level limiting switches and sensors are not required in the receiving hopper.Abrasive delivery and level control in the receiving hopper are self regulating.The design shows BOAO continuous efficiency and reduce labour requirements.
The 500lbs hopper is optional.
