    Specification :

    Rubber lifting belt is multi-layer silica gel fabric folded with cover rubber outside the belt core. It can be classified in heat-resistant lifting belt and common lifting belt as per application temperature while can be classified in full-cotton, Dacron and cotton, nylon and EP lifting belt as per core material.
    1.Physical properties and level of cover rubber.
    It can be divided as type D for heavy-wear, type L for middle-wear and type T for high-temperature material conveyance as per wear and load of material.
    2.Wide specification of lifting belt: 150 200 250 300 350 400 500 600mm etc
    3.Technical requirement of lifting belt.
    1. Physical property of cover rubber is as below:

    Remarks: Physical property of cover rubber will depend on if lift special material or acute wear material.
    1.Cover rubber property of heat-resistant belt ( T type) should accord with HG/ T2297 ( heat-resistant belt) standard.
    2.Longitudinal tensile strength of belt should not lower than nominal value below: 100/ 125 / 160/ 200 / 250/ 315/ 400 / 500N/ mm .
    3.Tensile yield of belt longitudinal thickness should not lower than 10% and reference elongation should not more than 4% .
    4.Bond strength between layers of lifting belt with fabric core is listed as below: N/ mm.
