Law no. 40 year 2007 regarding Limited Liability Companies, and Government Regulation No. 26 year 1998 about the use of name of PT - Company Limited.

Performed by the incorporation of at least 2 ( two) persons or more and should be made by deed Authentics as the Deed of Establishment of Notary authorities.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE COMPANY LIMITED, among others:

1. Establishment may be conducted by an Indonesian citizen or foreign citizen in order to PMA
2. The process of establishment, amendment or dissolution of the Company regulated by Law No. 1 Year 1995 regarding Limited Liability Company
3. Each establishment and amendment of the Limited Liability Company shall enjoy the Ratification Minister of Justice & Human Rights
4. Status Page are open or closed
5. Are seeking to profit maximization
6. Status can be either foreign capital, domestic investment, SOEs or Private Local
7. Basically set a minimum capital of Rp. 20 million unless specified otherwise fit its business activities
8. The existence of Shareholders as owners of capital who are clearly mentioned in the Deed of Incorporation or Perubannya either on behalf of a foreign company / local or on behalf of individuals
9. Corporate responsibility and oversight conducted by the Director and Commissioner
10. The decision is in the highest decision-GMS General Meeting of Shareholders

If the business person in running the business plans to participate in tenders conducted by government and private institutions, it must be complemented with other letters, namely in the form:

1. Letter NPPKP.
2. Trade Business Licence ( SIUP) .
3. Company Registration
4. Membership in the Chamber of Commerce and Chamber of Commerce Competence Certification,

To obtain status as a legal entity then the PT must obtain approval from the Minister of Justice & Human Rights, in accordance with Law No. 40 year 2007 regarding Limited Liability Company ( PT)

QUALIFICATIONS COMPANY based SIUP:

1. Large companies / SIUP BIG, is a company that has a Capital or Net Worth excluding land and buildings or investments paid in capital in the Deed of Establishment / Perubahanya above Rp. 500 million ( five hundred million rupiah)
2. Medium / SIUP HIGH, is a company that has a Capital or Net Worth excluding land and buildings or investments paid in capital in the Deed of Establishment / Amendment USD. 200, 000, 000 ( two hundred million rupiahs) up to Rp. 500 million ( five hundred million rupiahs) .
3. The Small Business / SIUP SMALL, is a company that has a Capital or Net Worth excluding land and buildings or investments paid in capital in the Deed of Establishment / Amendment to IDR. 200, 000, 000 ( two hundred million)

* STEP 4. TIN-Tax Payer Registration Number

* Preparing for 2 ( two) the name of PT as an alternative
* Attach a photo copy of ID card of the founders of the company
* Attach a photo copy of ID card of the administrators ( Directors & Commissioners)
* Attach a copy of company leaders KK
* Attach a photo copy of letter of Contract / Lease or the United Nations last year where appropriate proof of ownership of corporate domicile
* Attach a copy of Certificate from the owner of the building / office if domiciled in Office Building
* Attach a photo copy of AIS-based Operating Permit Place Disorder Act to business activities that require the existence SITU
