Basak Food is a company established in 1969 at Aksehir / Turkey, producing mainly ; Powder Soups, Spice mixes, Powder desserts ( Whipped pudding, Rice pudding, Almond pudding., Jellies, Puddings with various flavours) Ice cream powders, Cake-mixes ( Tiramisu, Profiterol, Mix for Pastry with Syrup ) Starches, Baking powder, Vanillin sugar, Cocoa , Rice flour, Sugar powder, Hot drinks ( Hot chocolate, Turkish coffee, 3 in 1, Cappucino) .
We are producing our products according to standarts ISO-9001, ISO-14001, HACCP and TSE.
