Performance Characteristics

Four characteristics of the unit in performance: high efficiency, energy conservation, environmental friendly and healthy;
A totally enclosed scroll compressor with high EER is adopted for the unit.

ˆ System matching theory is introduced in an all round way; computer aided design ( CAD) technology is used extensively;

‰ Modern control technology is applied comprehensively to optimize control model

Å  A sort of new type air heat recovery technology is introduced to recover the energy of exhaust and save energy.

‹ The equipment can be used for multiple purposes at the same time, and therefore, its annual operating efficiency is very high.

Å’ Environment friendly medium ( R22, R407C, R134a) and materials are used. New technologies and processes complying with environmental protection requirements are adopted to enable the unit to be always in line with environmental protection requirements in an all round way.

� The unit is equipped with automatically controlled sterilizer

Structural Characteristics

ˆ Compressor: import compressor with superior performance is used. In the event of pressure below 50Hp, totally enclosed compressor is adopted; while in the event of pressure above 50Hp, semi-closed compressor is adopted.

‰ Draught fan : Centrifugal fan with good performance and low noise

Å  Heat exchanger : introduce OAK production line for processing from the United States and largely improve heat exchanging efficiency of heat exchanger;

‹ Shell: ` For indoor unit, the shell is to be processed with Japanese AMADA equipment with superior quality. In the event of pressure below 30Hp, the popular new type arc frame made of aluminum alloy is used; in the event of pressure above 40Hp, the new type diamond frame made of aluminum alloy with intensive structural, beautiful appearance and modern style is used. aFor outdoor unit, direct bent forming technology is applied to heat exchanger. It has a beautiful appearance and good heat exchange effect. The shell is made of high-quality steel plate sprayed or stainless steel, so the unit will not get rusty in open air;

Å’ Humidifier: the safe and reliable type with good performance and control capability and high humidification efficiency is used;

� Heater: high-efficiency ribbed heater element.

Ž Refrigeration fittings: expansion valve, filter, solenoid valve, high/ low pressure controller and pressure gauge of well-known brands;

� Insulating layer: polyethylene foaming material

� Mult protection: high pressure, low pressure, overload, short circuit, open phase, over heat and under wind pressure protection as well as water pump and fire damper interlocking protection;

‘ Control mode: thermostatic and humidistatic unit is equipped with programmable control instrument with good performance; a remote control interface remains on the instrument for the convenience of remote centralized control by the user and conservation of management manpower;

’ Sprinkling tray: all the sprinkling trays of the unit can be replaced on site at the time of maintenance and the replacement is very easy and convenient;

“ Fresh air mouth: fresh air mouths can be reserved for the unit for the user’ s choice;

� Pressurized drainage: the unit is equipped with an independent condensate water automatic discharge unit, which makes it easy to discharge condensate water out of the unit; this component is optional one, so please indicate it clearly at the time of order if the user needs it;

• Air supply and returning mode: ` front air returning and front air supply ( with blast cap) ; afront air returning and top air supply; b back air returning and top air supply

ˆ Standard distribution for the compressor is imported vortex type. The company could provide other types of compressors with equal quality as piston, screw types for clients and it could also provide domestic compressor with same types for client.

‰ Unit below 20Hp has many kinds of air return type ( detailed in “ Unit features� ) and partial types ( Type C and type D) are omitted in sample parameters. Please make clarification when ordering.

Å  There are two options for domestic and imported humidifiers with standard distribution of imported electrode humidifier for 15~ 100Hp unit and domestic electrical heating humidifier for 15~ 10Hp unit. If the above mention distribution need to be changed, please make clarification when ordering.

‹ There are two options for domestic and imported controlling instrument of constant temp and moisture humidifier with standard distribution of imported instrument for 15~ 100Hp unit and domestic controlling instrument for 15~ 10Hp unit. Remote controlling capacity is reserved for the two kinds of instruments. In addition, special software and hardware are needed to support it and the standard distribution shall be exclusive of the software and hardware. Domestic high performance controlling instruments are applied to cold ( hot) air units.

Å’ Fresh air opening and pressure drainage device could be optional and not for standard products. If shall be noted if necessary.

� There shall be refrigerant inside the unit when delivery of the water cooling type unit.

Ž There is without inside and outside connecting pipe and refrigerant when delivery of air cooling unit.

� Refrigerant shall be applied to the unit with standard distribution of R22. However, the client could provid other types of green and environment-friendly refrigerant as R134a, R407C.
