Spray Booth

Quantity Order:

Spray booth with combined inlet-and-exhaust ventilation system and air flow up to 22.000 m³/h. Stocked with diesel burner Riello with heating rate up to 200.000 kcal/h.

Cabin
Spray booth components: up-to-date cabin with painted steel wall panels (thickness - 50 mm). Safe heat- and soundproof filling in combination with the powerful inlet-and-exhaust heating unit ensures fast air heating up to working temperature.
With inside dimensions (D§çW§çH) 6900 §ç 4000 §ç 2700 mm, the equipment meets all the market requirements and allows to work with passenger cars of any type. The cabin is equipped with threefold entrance gate (3,0 x 2,65 m) and a service door.

Heating unit
The left-sided heating unit has three motors. Two of them directly drive two "squirrel wheel" inlet fans. The original design of the motors with static rotor and rotating stator reduces the operating costs since there are no any transiting devices.
The third motor of a similar design is mounted behind the outlet filter and drives the exhaust fan. Such configuration increases the exhaust fan durability since it is free from the overspray particles.
The heating unit ensures the functionality of the spray booth either in paint application mode at maximum air exchange or in drying mode with complete air recirculation. To switch the mode it¡¯s necessary to use the changeover servo damper.
The heating unit can be set either at the left or at the right side of the cabin.

Foundation and floors
The spray booth is supplied with a metal base (height ¨C 300 mm) and a grating for air exhaust. The grating can be buried into the floor in order to level it with the floor of the working area.
The base static loading capacity is up to 500 kg/wheel print.

Control board
The electric control board of the spray booth allows operation in different modes and ensures safety while working with the diesel burner. The control board has number of indicators including: mode indicators, operating and alarm signals, timer and cabin temperature controller.

Lighting
The spray booth is equipped with the powerful combined top and bottom horizontal lights featuring 32x36 W top and 16x20 W bottom. Top (mounted at the angle of 45º) and bottom lights ensure comfortable operating conditions and provide and opportunity to compare coloring features of original and repair finishes.

Filters
The standard set of the spray booth includes all types of filters including: inlet and outlet pocket filters, fine ceiling filters, floor overspray filers.
The pocket filters are easily changeable due to the quick-release metal frames they are set on.
