Asisizane Import and Export ( PTY) Ltd was established in 1996.Its offices are at Ella Court building, office no.7, Esser Street, opposite Mandlenkosi building, Manzini Swaziland.
2) We Import Peanuts, butter Beans, Jugo Beans and sugar beans for our domestic needs. On the other side, we export refined icumsa 45, icumsa 1350 and Icumsa 2500 out of SACU region. Prospective buyers submit to us Letters Of Intent ( LOI) for the quantities they need.
3) In turn we submit those LOIâ € ™ s to the Royal Swaziland Sugar Association for allocation of quotas to Asisizane with a Profoma Invoice Stating quantity allocated, price per metric ton and total cost of consignment. Delivery is FOB, PORT MAPUTO. All documentation as to quality, COMMESSA certificate, polarisation is provided by the sugar Association .The sugar Association approves of the FOB mode of payment only.
4) Asisizane adds a negotiable commission on top of the price quoted on Proforma Invoice.
The Sugar Associationâ € ™ s price is paid directly into the Associationâ € ™ s Account in New York and our commission
into our account in Manzini , Swaziland
Please note that LOI; s must be submitted before end At present we have a Proforma Invoice for 2000mt Icumsa 1350 refined vhp ( brown) sugar @ USD786
and a negotiable USD65 Commission.
