Working Procedure:
1. Buyer sends loi+bcl (not older than 4 days) or LOI with complete banking coordinates with permission for a soft probe through bank. Or ICPO.
2. Seller issues draft Contract/FCO
3. Buyer accept and sign the draft Contract/FCO
4. Hard contract copies are exchanged
5. Buyer issue non-operative LC
6. Seller activate LC with 2% PB
7. Shipments starts.
ONLY VERY SERIOUS BUYERS SHOULD RESPOND.
