DESCRIPTION :

Elasto Multiseal is a novel co-polymer with functional groups. Acts as Lewis base and bivalent metal compound, providing cross linking between the polymers. It is a highly flexible and elastic liquid applied water proofing system which has a selective combination of polymers giving desired combination of flexibility and mobile phase blocking. PRIMARY USES :
1) Sealing of new roofs and exterior walls.
2) Refurbishing of old bituminous (including torch –on membranes) roofs. 3) Sealing of balconies, terraces, parking garages, asbestos and concrete roofs and decks against surface water.
4) Sealing of industrial wash rooms, shower and bathrooms. 5) Sealing of water reservoirs and swimming pools. 6) Sealing of foundations, cellar walls, retaining walls, bridges which are in regular contact with soil.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: The surface to be treated should be clean and free from oil and grease. Loose particles should be removed and damaged spots repaired first. Cracks should be filled up.
Elasto Multiseal is applied with a soft, long haired brush. Priming coat is essential. This priming coat is made by diluting Elasto Multiseal with water in ratio 1:2. Thereafter, two coats of Elasto Multiseal diluted with average 20% water, is applied on to the primed surface with 4 hours of interval between the coats.
For metal surfaces, an adequate bituminous prime coat must always be applied prior to applying Elasto Multiseal.
In order to obtain an even distribution, the second coat should be applied cross wise i.e. 90° to the first coat. UNIQUE FEATURES: 1) Upon drying, Elasto Multiseal forms a highly flexible black seamless waterproof membrane. 2) ElastoMultiseal is applied cold and does not require pre-heating like normal bitumen based coatings. This eliminates fire or health hazards. 3) Elasto Multiseal has excellent adhesion to dry as well as damp and primed surfaces of concrete, plaster, masonry, bituminous roofing, felt, asphalt coatings and metal. 4) ElastoMultiseal does not become brittle when exposed to low temperatures and does not flow when exposed to high temperature. Its sealing properties do not change when exposed to temperature between -25°C and + 100°C, even if exposed to UV radiation at the same time. 5) Elasto Multiseal has a long term ageing stability and a high resistance to UV radiation; no intermittent repairs are normally required.
