We provide freight forwarding by Air and Sea/Ocean included within Air-Sea and Sea-Air Freight Forwarding Service, Customs Brokerage and Handling for both Import and Export Shipments, Door to Door Delivery, Road Freight Forwarding included Trucking, Distribution & Delivery, Packing and Crating services and Project Cargo Handling.

Freight forwarding service provides cargo from the port of origin to the port of final destination. Our company provides full package of transport network service covering the entire member countries of the World Trade Organization.

Customs Brokerage service provides customs clearance and release of the consignee's shipment plus delivery, as may be specified by the customer.

Door to Door service takes care of shipment from the port of origin delivered right at the doorstep of the consignee or his warehouse.

Loose Cargo shipments (LCL) are consolidated into one container for Sea/Ocean and Air freight. It is consolidated into one LD3, steel pallets or AMA container. Consolidations are being done on weekly basis.

Containerized (FCL) and Loose Cargo shipments (LCL) are being delivered to the consignee or their warehouse for imports, while exports cargo are picked up from the shipper's warehouse and are brought to the port or to the carrier's container yard.

Project Cargo shipments and Handling are handled with efficiency and care. Logistics are correctly planned, thereby ensuring efficiency at minimum cost.

If you do not have any agent in INDONESIA or would like to change your agent for export shipments to INDONESIA, then we can offer all the usual services to you:

1. Send arrival notice to importer.
2. Collect original B/L and any ocean freight and charges due.
3. Send collected funds to you after collection.
4. Offer any services required by importer, e.g. customs clearance, inland transport, Re-forwarding and storage.
5. Advise you of date of release, etc.
6. Pay any funds required by the line on your behalf.

We can also arrange through a network of local customs broker / agents Who can arrange clearance of any import shipment into INDONESIA. We maintain a network of local firms that represent us and handle the local documentation for INDONESIA Customs. They are all bonded and insured and are in good standing in their local region.

If you want us to arrange for any import clearance please note that all the correspondence should be through our main office in JAKARTA, INDONESIA. We will pass on the details to the local office / agent as needed.

We have local brokers / agents in most of the ports in INDONESIA as well as many of the major inland cities where goods can be cleared through customs.
