The electromechanical equipment has the following three functions: arc bending, strengthening and angle bending. Its arc and round bending mechanisms can be used in bending round, arc, wave curve, and strengthening; the angle bending mechanism can bend parts of various angles. The equipment can process and bend square steel, round steel and flat steel. The electric appliances are made with timer control and automatic reset system ensuring consistent angle bending, which is fit for not only single piece processing but also production in batches. The equipment has large processing ability with machining maximum 16× 16mm square steel and 50× 8mm flat iron. With high production efficiency the machine can bend angles of 400 parts per hour.
